Flash Fiction: Customer Services

今天找了從事客戶服務多年的朋友替我升學試補課,好讓學生給他高情緒智商整治一番。起初他們尚且肅靜,不久便開始喧嘩,接著問朋友一些低俗問題,引得全班哄堂大笑。朋友竟不加阻止,更有問必答,把考試事宜拋諸腦後。課堂完了,我質問他怎可縱容搗亂。我聽了他解釋後當場氣結:客戶自我感覺良好,哪理會申訴是否真正得益?
